Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s split has been one messy roller coaster – not just for them, but for their six kids.
Their separation has caused a lot of pain in their children’s lives, and Brad being kept away from them has proven incredibly harmful. So much so that a judge has finally stepped in!
The Blast is reporting that a judge in the former couple’s divorce case has ordered Angelina to mend the strained relationship between the kids and their dad. The judge stated that the kids “not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them.
It is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their mother and father.”
What does this mean? Simply put, Angelina has to grant Brad access to their children.
She has to give the mobile number for each offspring, and he should be allowed to contact them whenever he wants. She is not allowed to read the messages between father and kids. She also has to arrange for the children’s doctors to explain to each of them that “the court has determined that each of them are safe with their father.”
A visitation schedule has also been set for Brad to be able to spend time with Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox in London, while Angelina is filming. Being the eldest, Maddox will get to determine the amount of time he will be around Brad.
Angelina may lose primary custody if all this is not followed. The judge declared:
“If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt].”
