MTV has announced that Justin Bieber will perform at the 2010 VMAs!

Ke$ha and Twilight star Ashley Greene will be presenters!

"I'm excited to be performing at the VMAs. It is all still unbelievable, because last year I went for the first time and no one knew who I was," Justin told MTV. "Just really shows that dreams can come true and what incredible, dedicated fans I have. I'm a lucky guy and grateful. Now I just want to get on that stage, have some fun in front of my heroes, because at the end of the day I'm still a kid and still a fan."

Taylor Swift is releasing her next album, Speak Now, on October 25th!

She just posted the album cover on TaylorSwift.com!

We were so happy when Taylor Swift announced she was doing 13-hour autograph signing for her fans back in June! (It turned out to be 14 and a half hours!)

Now, everyone will be able to see footage from the signing and her concert that day during Country's Night To Rock Special, airing on ABC on September 1st!

Taylor Swift just did an hour-long live chat for her fans!

She just said that her new album is coming out OCTOBER 25th! WOOHOO!

She says the album has 14 songs and is VERY personal! It's all about her personal life! (Taylor Lautner, anyone???)

Her first single is called "Mine" and it comes out mid-August. She just shot the music video in Southern Maine!

Other fun facts: "I'm sort of obsessed with Christmas because I grew up on a Christmas Tree Farm."

She thinks Portland, Maine is absolutely beautiful!

She thinks Nashville is amazing and she feels lucky to be living there. She just moved into her new house!

She has been doing a lot of antique shopping and loves picking up mason jars!

She loves headbands and ribbons!

She says her lucky number 13 pops up all the time, it's always there when good things are happening! It's a good thing for her, not bad luck. "It means everything is going to be OK! I hope that's what it means because I see it a lot!"

She's planning on traveling the world once the new record comes out!
