We love Debby Ryan on Jessie and can’t wait to see a new side of her in her upcoming DCOM Radio Rebel. In this new movie, Debby sheds Jessie’s “Tex in the City” glamor and opts for the flannel and beanies befitting a hip radio DJ. In a special behind-the-scenes video from the set of Radio Rebel, Debby shows off a hidden talent…
