Khloe Kardashian has just had to shut down rumors that she’s pregnant, but it seems the baby drama isn’t over.
A woman named Kimberly Alexander is out here claiming that Khloe’s ex, Tristan Thompson, is the father of her child. But Tristan has reportedly already taken two paternity tests that prove he is NOT.
The former couple are now teaming up and hitting back at the woman’s claims with a cease and desist letter.
According to E! News, Khloe and Tristan’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has already issued a letter to get Kimberly to “immediately stop defaming them with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications.”
“After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child’s father, we thought that would be the end of this. Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results since members of the Kardashian family had previously used the same trustworthy lab,” the letter read.
“It has been proven that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child and we demand that you stop claiming that he is, and that he and Ms. Kardashian somehow falsified the paternity test results. It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children, and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results,” the letter added.
And they’re threatening to sue if she keeps up with her claims.
“We demand that you immediately cease and desist from defaming my clients on social media (irrespective of whether or not the accounts are public or designated as ‘private’) and elsewhere. We also demand that you immediately take down any and all of your outrageous damaging posts about my clients,” the letter continued. “This is an extremely serious matter. If you disregard this letter’s demands, you do so at your peril since you will soon find yourself in court facing multi-million-dollar claims while attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct.”
Tristan is already dad to three-year-old son with ex Jordan Craig and two-year-old daughter True with Khloe. He and Khloe broke up last year following a cheating scandal. Tristan has been self-isolating with Khloe and their daughter amid the coronavirus pandemic, which sparked rumors that they’re back together and also had fans speculating that Khloe might be pregnant – which she addressed on Twitter.
“I don’t go on social platforms much these days AND this is one of the main reasons as to why I stay away,” she wrote. “The sick and hurtful things people say. I am disgusted by so many things I am seeing. SMH people swear they know everything about me. Including my uterus. Sick.”
“The nasty things you’re saying about me over A RUMOR!” she added. “I have seen so many hurtful/despicable stories and tweets about me over a false story. And if it were true…. it’s MY LIFE, NOT YOURS.”
“Funny how picky&choosy some can be with who and how you feel others should live their lives. I believe people should focus on their own lives/families, put energy into bettering the scary world we are currently living in, and try projecting positivity as opposed to nastiness,” Khloe concluded.

Steve went on Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn to reveal some “ridiculous rules” he’s allegedly had to follow as Ye’s bodyguard.
“He wanted you to stay 10 paces behind him on a city street. So obviously if someone is going to come up and do something, by the time I try to run up and prevent it, it would have already happened,” he claimed, per Just Jared.
He also alleged that he and the rapper had already gotten into a disagreement on his first day, and called Kanye “one of my least favorite people to work with over the course of time.”
“The first day I met him…it was fashion week. I was supposed to meet him at the studio. When he gets there, we get into the elevator and he’s says ‘aren’t you going to push what floor we are going to?’ I was like ‘I have no idea what floor, it’s my first day.’ So he starts ranting ‘So you mean you didn’t call ahead to find out where I’m supposed to be going?’ I said ‘no.’ So he’s ranting and raving. So I said ‘look bro, we can do this one of three ways. One, you could tell me what button to press, and now I’ll know. Two, you could press the button, and I’ll see which one you press so I’ll know. Or three, you can sit in here all day and tell me how important your time is and we are not going to go anywhere.’ Again, that was our first interaction. He went for the first option,” he continued.
He even speculated that Kim and Kanye would call the paparazzi themselves.
“First of all, there’s no way [paparazzi] doesn’t get called upfront. There’s no way every time they are leaving, all these people know about it. There’s definitely somebody calling ahead. That’s just my opinion…I’m just saying it coincidental that wherever we are, they’re always there. Maybe they’re just better than I think they are,” he says.
Looks like there’s a lot of bad blood between Steve and Kimye.
Back in 2016, Steve spoke out against the couple after he was allegedly fired, claiming Kanye had accused him of hitting on Kim.
The couple had considered taking legal action against the bodyguard, pointing out that he was in violation of the non-disclosure agreement.
“The West Family will no longer tolerate the spreading and selling of fake stories in a desperate, transparent and shameless attempt for publicity at their expense,” Kim and Kanye’s rep said in a statement at the time. “This sad, parasitic maniac has violated every basic human tenet of decency with his story of lies. As such, the Wests will explore all legal means at their disposal to silence this nonsense.”
