My worse summer job was probably last year when I spent around 9 hours a day just doing pure paper work. Basically only filing papers, which was SO boring.
My best summer job would probably be this year, because my brother and I own our own shirt company, and we make our own shirts all the time! It’s so much fun! I also get to make the CUTEST fleece blankets for his website. It’s definitely a blast when we’re all working together and joking around. It’s fun to work with family members, nothing is ever uncomfortable, and if you make a mistake on something, you don’t get too terribly yelled at.

I have had 2 summer jobs and that is it. One was good while the other one was bad. The good one is that I am a babysitter for one of my sisters friends younger brother and sister. I love doing that job because I get to be a little kid again and have fun. Also, they are 2 of the sweetest kids I have ever met. The bad one out of the 2 is that last year I was a scorekeeper for our towns softball league. It only lasted like a month and a half, I only worked like 2 days a week, I was couped up in a hot room for like for hours pushing buttons for the scoreboards, and it didn’t pay well at all.
My best summer job was last summer, I got to go to a photography shop and take pictures and edit them for the shop with other students at my school. We got to go on field trips to take different types of pictures.
My worst summer job was a couple years ago, I went to West Virgina to spend some time with family and ended up working on the farm which was fun, except for cleaning the stables, the big pens and the chicken coups. I love animals but i could without cleaning up there messes.
Well my WORST summer job was babysitting my next door neighbours kid. All he did was scream and shout and annoy me.

Wow. Well, my only real job for summers is being a nanny. I am seventeen years old and I babysit Jillian(5) and her younger brother Jack(2). I also was a nanny for them last summer. But, last year, another woman who loves to party alot loved to dump her kids on me cause i’m just too nice and she didn’t mind me keeping them for entire weekends so she could go out and have fun. Her older one Caleb(3) is the worst brat in the world… he screamed and kicked me so he could get his own way! He also hated using the toilet so he would poop on himself for me to clean up! And then at midnight when i was exhausted he would scream, “I’m hungry!!!!” :S

the worst summer job i had, was working at this place that had mini golf, go karts and batting cages. it was cool though, because 3 of my friends and i got the job together, but we worked at carnival style games there. and it kind of sucked because we only got paid 20% of whatever we got from people playing games, so that wasnt much at all. so we’d work from 11 to 5 every day in the reallyyy hot sun, and the most we ever made in a day was $14. the least was $3. we ended up quitting because it cost our parents more in gas to take us there than we made in a week. haha
My BEST Summer Job – Was Working in supergrugs, with my 2 of my frineds. it was fun because, we met so many new people, plus, we made friends with the employess who were INCREDIBLE, helped us, and we were kind of mischevious..Hehe=P, but it was a make-up store, (which BTW we love LOL). We had one enemy, she got hit on the head by a ladder, so that’s when she was no longer our enemy coz we felt sorry for her..=].
Worst Summer Job – CLEANING! Absolutely Hate it! But Had to do it =[ So Tiring, And Left Me Dead at the end of the day =[ it's endless!

My worst Summer job was watching kids in the pool. On that day I forgot to bring a swimsuit so I was getting splashed. Not only that but I was sitting on an ant hill( it was the fire ants not the black ones) and I was being bitten. I must of been in the changing room for about 45 minutes making sure all the ants were gone.
My best summer job was petsitting. The dogs were really nice and it was kind of relaxing when they finally were tired out and went to sleep. I love animals so most anything to do with them I really enjoy. Except for this one time when i stepped in dog poop but that’s a diffrent story.
Hmmmm…. I’d have to say my worst summer job is cutting the grass. It gets hot enough to where just working outside in general is unbearable. Plus, my backyard is huge and we have a push mower, so I’m outside cutting grass in the hot sun for hours at a time.
My best summer job is babysitting lil kids around the neighborhood. It’s good pay plus the kids aren’t too bratty fer the most part andit’s actually fun watching them.

Also my boss doesn’t pay me on time she owes me 50 dollars and she’s supposed pays me 10 dollars a week, but if I don’t do anything I get yelled at.

My best job was last summer my sister encouraged me to get a job at a water amusement park down town. I really wasn’t for the job but i took it anyway because i didn’t really had anything planned that summer. I got the job and it was awesome i thank my sister in getting me the job. I had a blast every week i earn my cash in working at the shack [ snack store] & also worked as a life guard helper with one of the employes. I meet a lot of people and learn things i didn’t knew before. Got free season passes too!
My worst job was helping my mother clean houses that were not mine. My mom told me she would pay me good to take the job, i took it anyways i really needed the money. It really was bad i had to clean toilets, rooms that were really dusty and not worth anything. I felt like i did the mess it was horrible.

My worst summer job is tutoring little kids. I know their cute and all that, but it gets annoying when they get distracted and then you have to focus them back in on what they have to do. Trust me it’s not easy. I definately like the day care better.

Hello Popstar, let me first start off by commenting and saying, that it would be a huge honor if i were to win this amazing prize, because selena gomez is truly my inspiration. PPP was an amazing DCOM and i can not stop watching it. Selena’s character inspired me so much by how she handled things quick, and i honestly admire her for dealing with baits and things that involve fish ; ) since i do not like being lazy over the summer and just staying home, i am always finding a summer job. Last year, i thought i had found the perfect summer job, just until the first day came and it was a wreck ! i had applied to be a counselour in a summer camp near me. As i was reading the description i just couldn’t wait to join the staff and become a counselour ASAP ! little did i know, that i forgot to read the tiny letters at the bottom of the contract. On the first day of my job, i walked in so confident and eager to start as a counselour, since i knew all i had to do was watch kids anyway and still get to enjoy myself on the trips. Everything was going smoothly as i was meeting new counselours and already making friends, just until the head boss walked inside and appointed me to changing this little girl’s diaper, at first i thought she was just being funny, and giving me her humor side on the first day as a welcome, but then she gave me this weird un-patient look, as if ” hello ? what are youu waiting for” When i finished explaining to her, that i was not in charge of the department and that i was in charge of only taking care of the 6-12 year olds, she just laughed at my face and threw me the contract i had signed. I looked at the contract very carefully, and knew i had gone over everything until her finger pointed to the tiny small letters in the bottom reading ” in charge of baby daycare department” i felt like crying , and the worst part was, i had never changed a diaper. By the end of the day my fingers smelled like poop, wipes, and diapers ! i felt miserable as i saw the new friends i made, getting on the bus heading to the beach, while i was stuck being a babysitter to 1 year olds. That summer was disgusting and ontop of that, i was only paid 20$ every two weeks. Unlike that horrible summer job , the best summer job i’ve ever worked for is the one i’m working for this summer. I am working in my uncle’s pet store that he owns and i love it soo much, i’m a huge animal lover, and it is the perfect dream job i could ever ask for. Just seeing the warm smiles as a little girl gets her first new puppy just makes my day. ontop of that ! i get paid 100$ every two weeks

My best summer job was teaching a horse back riding camp were I keep my horse. I love kids and it’s fun sharing all my knowlodge or horses with them. I love seeing their faces light up whenever the horse listens to them.
My worst summer job was score keeping at the local arena. My brother had to score keep but he couldnt make it to the game so I had to do it. I kept messing up and the score was all messed p it was really embarrsing. The referee’s had to keep stopping the game to help me.

I was asked to weed my neighbour’s garden ! I am no princessy kind of girl neither am I a nature freak. But, I did it so I could buy Miles to Go (Miley Cyrus) . I stepped in with my head thinking it would be easy ( never done it before ) UNTIL I saw mud seep through my converse. it turned from pink to grey EWWW.. I decided to think happy thoughts but, POOF it was all gone when I saw nature’s best creatures, a SLUG a SNAIL, a CATERPILLAR, to me, that was all gross! I was a clean and neat freak at that time so I grabbed a trash bag and put it on as to be ” protected ” from the bugs.. , not knowing there was honey over it and SPLAT ! I didn’t realize anything or like miley cyrus says: anythang till my phone rang. I picked it up, didn’t feel anything cause of rubber gloves and as I placed the phone to my ear, I felt a sticky goo dripping off my ear. I pulled the trash bag off and EWWW ! too bad I didn’t have Miley Cyrus’s dad to say Everythang’s gonna be alright bud !
I finished the job as fast as I could and ran home with the money, had a bath, changed and never looked back. I went on my bike and pedaled as fast as i could to the store and bought Miles to Go ! !!! Every time I read Miles to Go, i will never forget the horrid, gross and mind blowing experience. though , its totally worth it !
Seriously, you should get the book too but… get a different job cause this ain’t fun !

Not only am I getting paid, but I’m getting paid for the easiest job. All I have to do is clean and do the basic chores. If I have to go mow the lawn, I don’t have to ask any bosses for breaks because I’m my own boss. And I can get a nice tan without it being torture and having to deal with sweaty impatient strangers.
