Having been 90 days sober, Demi appears to have left rehab after three months of treatment. The 26-year-old year old pop star has been spotted hanging out around Los Angeles over the weekend.

TMZ reports that the singer grabbed a sushi dinner at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills on Saturday night.

And she wasn’t alone. Demi was photographed smiling and holding hands with clothing designer Henri Alexander Levi (founder of the label Enfants Riches Deprimes) during dinner, and again in a car outside the restaurant.

An eyewitness also shared an account of the pair’s night out. “Demi looked great and so happy to be out,” the eyewitness told E! News.

“They seemed like good friends who were catching up and excited to see one another. There wasn’t any PDA or romantic gestures, but she was smiling and laughing throughout dinner. She was very relaxed and at ease. She said hello to the sushi chefs when they greeted her with a big smile. She seemed happy and healthy. They stayed for an hour and a half before leaving together in his car.”

It looks like Demi enjoyed an event-filled weekend.

Fans were tweeting that they saw her at the Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights on Friday. She has also reportedly been spotted at a spa in Beverly Hills over the weekend.

It’s been an uphill battle for sobriety for the “Tell Me You Love Me” singer.

In June, Demi appeared to have opened up about her downward spiral by dropping a surprise single entitled “Sober.”

Following a near-fatal overdose in July, Demi has agreed to go back to rehab. She also took to social media to speak out about her struggles, and promised to “keep fighting.”

“I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction. What I’ve learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet. I want to thank God for keeping me alive and well. To my fans, I am forever grateful for all of your love and support throughout this past week and beyond. Your positive thoughts and prayers have helped me navigate through this difficult time. I want to thank my family, my team, and the staff at Cedars-Sinai who have been by my side this entire time. Without them I wouldn’t be here writing this letter to all of you.

I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery. The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side.

I will keep fighting <3

She is focused on recovering and has even canceled her tour and put her home, where the incident happened, up for sale.

Her mom, Dianna De La Garza has given updates on Demi’s progress in rehab. “I can honestly say today that she is doing really well. She’s happy, she’s healthy, she’s working on her sobriety and she’s getting the help she needs,” she said on Newsmax TV.

Her sister, Madison De La Garza, also opened up how her big sis was doing. “Demi’s doing…she’s doing really well. She’s working really hard on her sobriety and we’re all so incredibly proud of her…,” she said in an appearance on Millennial Hollywood with Dakota T. Jones.

An insider previously told E! News that Demi will be in rehab for “several months and is doing an extensive program.”

It’s not yet clear whether she has already completed her stint in rehab or has just been allowed to spend some time outside of the facility.

But we’re glad to see her looking well and enjoying herself.
