It looks like Lizzo and Chris Evans are still at it – DM-ing each other, that is.
ICYMI, last week, Lizzo hilariously revealed on TikTok that she drunk-DM’d Captain America himself.
“Don’t drink and DM, kids…. for legal porpoises this is a joke,” captioned a short clip revealing the the message she DM’d Chris, with the “Juice” singer lipsyncing to a Tatyana Mitchell monologue.
“The reason I’m upset about this one is because I know I’m not going to be able to marry him and honestly it hurts me to the core because damn, Papa, he a rare breed, no comparing. Like Chris…” the audio says.
As for her DM, Lizzo shared a screen shot that she sent Chris a series of emojis a gust of wind, a female basketball player, and a basketball emoji – which basically means the “Truth Hurts” singer was shooting her shot with the Hollywood hunk.
A couple of days after her original TikTok, Lizzo revealed that Chris replied to her DM – and *spoiler alert* he was totally nice about it.
“No shame in a drunk DM [kissing face emoji]. God knows I’ve done worse on this app lol [face palm emoji.]” he responded – many believe he’s referencing that time he accidentally shared an NSFW photo on social media.
But, apparently, their DM exchange didn’t stop there. When a fan asked if there was an update about Lizzo’s Chris Evans situation, she responded by flashing a screenshot of their DM in a new TikTok video.
So, here’s how the next part of their convo goes:
“Well.. they say u miss 100% of the shots you never take, (and even tho I unsent it like a dork), I’m glad you know I exist now,” Lizzo wrote.
“Of course I do!” Chris replied. “I’m a fan! Keep up the great work! xxx”
Aww…
There was still more…but most of it was covered up – and it’s unclear if that was intentional. However, it looks like they’re enjoying their chat because Lizzo next replay began with “Hahaha!”
