Engagement rumors have been swirling hard and fast for Dakota and Chris, and it’s all because of this one telling thing: Dakota has been spotted and photographed with a massive ring on that finger!
In recent images, the 31-year-old Fifty Shades Of Grey actress was snapped while on a shopping trip in West Hollywood last week. In the photos, Dakota can be seen wearing a long fur coat, joggers, sunglasses, a face mask, her hair in a casual-chic messy bun…
…And a huge emerald sparkler on her left ring finger.
We all know what a ring on that finger could mean! So naturally, tongues have been wagging, and everyone’s wondering what the current status is between Dakota and Chris. Are they betrothed? Taking things to the next level? Preparing to walk down the aisle?
Or does Dakota simply want to wear an emerald on her finger because its pretty?
Dakota and Coldplay frontman Chris have always been notoriously private about their relationship. They’ve been linked since late 2017 but have kept most details of their coupling to themselves.
It’s reported that Dakota and Chris briefly decided to go their separate ways back in June 2019. But soon after, they were back in each other’s arms — and it’s been said that Chris’ ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow actually played a big role in getting them back together again!
Since then, Dakota and Chris have been spotted out and about together looking loved up and happy, including in Aspen, where she spent time bonding with Chris’ daughter Apple, whom he shares with Gwyneth.
Just a few weeks ago, Dakota and Chris were seen in Malibu, taking a drive in her vintage car.
