Ariana Grande is making one thing clear: She is still a singer, through and through.
The 29-year-old “7 Rings” hitmaker has taken to social media to address the rumor that she is not a singer anymore. She directly responded to the allegation that her music career is dunno by writing this text on a video of herself singing. In response to this question – “Why aren’t you a singer anymore?” – Ari wrote:
“Literally on set filming two musical movies all day every day.”
The text appeared in a video of Ariana singing “Somewhere Over The Rainbow.” She appeared to be on the “Wicked” set as she was filming herself.
She captioned the video:
“Wanted to sing you a little something but don’t want to sing anything that is not ‘Ozian’ at the moment 🙂 keeping to my little bubble for now … done with lots of love.”
Ariana is currently filming the big-screen adaptation of Wicked, which will play out across two movies. The first installment will premiere in 2024. Ariana plays Glinda the Good Witch.
