Billie Eilish isn’t exactly thrilled about how people make fun of her hair.

The “Therefore I Am” singer has been rocking dark locks with neon green roots for a while now – it’s pretty much her signature look nowadays. But, apparently, not everyone has been loving the look, and it seems Billie has had enough.

ICYMI, Billie is gearing up to release a new album. She also has a documentary film coming out on Apple+ titled Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry. Yup, she’s got stuff coming out soon – and she’s also about to make a big change.

The 19-year-old singer went on Instagram Story to post about her new pup Shark – but first, she called out her haters in true Billie fashion.

“OK, I have a fun story to tell you, but first, f–k you guys. Stop making fun of me, oh my god! I’m f–king making you an album. I will not put it out if you keep making fun of my hair! Shut up!” Billie said.

“I’m changing it after the doc comes out,” she said of her hair. “It’ll be the end of an era.”

“I’m gonna give you a new era,” Billie added. “I have announcements to make, I got some s–t to put out. Anyway, doesn’t matter. Leave me alone. Let me live with my f–king hair that I’ve had for way too long. K? Shut the f–k up.”

And, speaking of change, Billie has previously opened up about how quarantine affected the way they worked on her upcoming album.

“That’s what we’ve been talking about for months, about how this year has sucked for a lot of people, and as much as I wished that I had been able to have the year I was planning on having and tour and blah, blah, blah, we would never have made this album” Billie told Apple Music in November.

“I mean, we would have made something, but it would have been completely different,” she continued. “It’s not like we’re making songs about quarantine, we’re just in a different mindset than we would be otherwise. And that’s just how everything is. It’s the butterfly effect. It’s like if you hadn’t done this three years ago, maybe you wouldn’t be doing this three years later. It’s just the way that it is. At the same time, this is the most time off I’ve ever had in my life, first of all. And especially since this all started like five years ago.”

“So it’s been a blessing, huge blessing and a curse, but I’m really, really happy that we’ve been able to make the things that we’re making. And I can’t wait for you to hear this s–t. I can’t wait to have the world hear. I’m very excited and hopeful for the future,” Billie added.
