Britney Spears and Jamie Lynn Spears are not making peace anytime soon, with Britney slamming her sister and calling her “scum” in a new post on social media.
Taking to Instagram on Friday (January 28), the 40-year-old pop icon wrote a lengthy caption calling out Jamie Lynn for many reasons, from Jamie Lynn’s book being released now to accusations of lying. Alongside a video clip of a The Real episode discussing Jamie Lynn’s memoir Things I Should’ve Said, Britney wrote:
“National best seller ???? DUH 🙄 …. the timing of your book was unbelievable Jamie Lynn … especially knowing the whole world had no clue what was really done to me !!!!
My whole family including you is saying YOU DIDN’T KNOW …. Bull**it !!!”
Britney backed up Alexa Nikolas’ claims that the things Jamie Lynn wrote about her in the book were not true:
“The nerve of you to sell a book now and talk shit but your f***ing lying just like you lied about Alexa Nikolas.”
She went on to accuse her sister of being full of blatant lies:
“I wish you would take a lie detector test so all these masses of people see you’re lying through your teeth about me !!!!”
Britney also accused her sister of “making money off of me,” and minced no words in stating what she thinks of her:
“I wish the almighty Lord would come down and show this whole world that you’re lying and making money off of me!!!!
You are scum, Jamie Lynn.”
