The 50-year-old comedian recently sparked romance speculation with Oscar-nominated actor Ralph Fiennes after they were spotted leaving the Vanity Fair Oscar Party arm-in-arm. However, during an appearance on The Jamie Kern Lima Show on March 4, Chelsea confirmed she’s already in a relationship—with someone else.
“I have someone that I’m seeing now that I’m very attracted to and that I like having sex with, and so that’s a really good, nice little thing I have going,” Chelsea revealed.
When asked if things were serious, she clarified, “I don’t consider myself a ‘relationship person.’ I think of myself as a purpose person—my purpose is to be here, to have conversations like this, to be there for women. Any man in my life is not the main character—that’s a side relationship.”
As for the Ralph Fiennes dating speculation, a source told TMZ, “Chelsea and Ralph are testing the waters and keeping things casual for now. They’re not exclusive or officially dating—just having fun.”
It turns out Chelsea’s current partner of nine months isn’t Ralph, as the source says she reportedly only connected with the Harry Potteractor after the Critics Choice Awards in February. Chelsea is living and loving on her own terms—just the way she likes it.
