UPDATE: Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have officially announced the birth of their baby girl! The proud parents shared a sweet photo of the two of them holding their little one’s adorable hand on their Instagram.
“We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt,” Chris captioned the photo, adding, “We couldn’t be happier. Both mom and baby are doing great. We are extremely blessed. Love Katherine and Chris.” He also shared two bible verses.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are officially proud parents!
Katherine’s brother, Patrick Schwarzenegger, confirmed that the couple have welcomed their first child together.
in a video published by Entertainment Tonight, Patrick gave a thumbs up sign when the guy holding the camera congratulated him on becoming an uncle. When asked how his sister and the baby was doing, he responded, “They’re doing great — just got her a little gift,” and flashed a small box with a pink bow.
It’s still unclear when the stork dropped off Chris and Katherine’s little bundle of joy – but the pink ribbon on the gift could be a clue that the couple welcomed a baby girl.
A source also told People that “They knew they were having a girl and were thrilled about it. Kat had a good pregnancy and she is hoping for a quick recovery. So far, so good.”
“[Katherine] is going through all the first-time mom emotions. She is extremely happy, but a bit tired and overwhelmed,” the source continued.
This means Jack, Chris’ seven-year-old son, whom he shares with ex-wife Anna Faris, is also now officially a big brother.
“Chris keeps being amazing though. It’s comforting for Kat that he is already a dad and understands how it is to have a newborn,” the source added.
According to an ET source, Chris’ car was spotted at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, California, on Friday (August 7) afternoon.
Katherine’s dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and mom, Maria Shriver, as well as her siblings, Christina and Christopher, have also been snapped visiting the new mom’s house – plus, Arnold was smoking a cigar when he left. A delivery vans was also spotted dropping of flowers at the Pratts’ home.
A week ago, Chris shared a photo of him and a very pregnant Katherine out on a hike on his Instagram Story, and wrote that she was “ready to pop.”
“Ready to pop Still don’t stop,” Chris wrote, adding, “Top of the mountain today.”
Chris and Katherine were both wearing workout wear, with Katherine showing off her baby bump in the form-fitting clothes.
The Jurassic World star also joked that he was “kinda grateful” that Katherine didn’t give birth “on the trail.”
