Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are staying active as they await the arrival of their little bundle of joy.
Over the weekend, Chris shared a photo of him and a very pregnant Katherine posing on top of a mountain on his Instagram Story.
“Ready to pop Still don’t stop,” Chris wrote, adding, “Top of the mountain today.”
Chris and Katherine were both wearing workout wear, with Katherine showing off her baby bump in the form-fitting clothes.
The Jurassic World star also joked that he was “kinda grateful” that Katherine didn’t give birth “on the trail.”
News broke in April that the couple is expecting their first child together. This will be Katherine’s first child – Chris is also dad to 7-year-old Jack, whom he shares with ex-wife Anna Faris.
The Gift Of Forgiveness author previously opened up about how they’ve been preparing for the arrival of their baby while staying home amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“I’ve also done a lot of organizing in my house, because I like everything to look really clean and neat,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “Learning how to organize your own refrigerator and pantry, those are all things that definitely keep me calm in this crazy time; this crazy, unpredictable time.”
“I’ve been baking a lot, and I would say my husband’s been cooking a lot. … I would say a huge amount of our time is definitely spent in the kitchen,” she shared.
“For me, learning a lot. For Chris, teaching me a lot,” she continued, laughing. “It’s been really fun. It’s like a silver lining to be able to get more experience in the kitchen, and also be able to spend time with your loved ones in this quarantine. So, it’s been a fun part of it.”
She also shared that she’s been keeping in touch with friends and loved ones.
“And then being able to do things like [going live on Instagram] to stay connected,” she added. “I think the blessing in this is that we do have the ability to continue to connect with people, whether it’s on FaceTime, or doing Instagram Lives, and to be doing things that are entertaining and also educational and fun.”
Back in May, Katherine’s dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger, also revealed that the baby might be arriving “sometime this summer.”
“I’m really looking forward to playing around with whatever it is, she or he, and have some fun,” Arnold told Jimmy Fallon on May 18 episode of The Tonight Show.
