Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin are all loved up in Spain.
Over the weekend, the longtime couple were photographed enjoying the sights and sound of Palma De Mallorca, Spain. They had their arms around each other as they enjoyed a leisurely stroll on the Spanish island.
Both were casually dressed for their day out – Dakota in a floral shirt, which she paired with loose shorts and flats, and topped with a backwards baseball cap; Chris wore a dark t-shirt, black shorts, and a black baseball cap.
According to E! News, sightseeing around the city wasn’t the only thing they did – they also enjoyed a boat ride. The two were spotted having some fun in the sun out at sea in a dinghy ride.
Chris and Dakota have been romantically linked for over three years, but kept their relationship pretty private – the 31-year-old actress told Tatler back in 2018 that she’s “not going to talk about it” but did note “I am very happy.”
The couple have mostly stayed out of the public eye – their last public appearance together was at a charity event in September 2019.
Last year, Dakota gave some rare insight into their relationship while talking about directing Coldplay’s music video for “Cry Cry Cry.”
“I wrote the story and pitched it to the band like every other director did – and they chose mine,” she told Marie Claire in a May 2020 interview, jokingly adding, “Not because they’re partial to me at all.”
In December, the two sparked engagement rumors after Dakota was spotted wearing a large emerald ring on her left ring finger during a day out in West Hollywood – however, they never publicly addressed the speculations.
Reports came out that the two have taken a big step in their relationship – Dakota moved into Chris’ mansion in Malibu. According to an E! News source, the actress “is living there with him.”
Chris was previously married to Gwyneth Paltrow and continue to be friendly following their “conscious uncoupling” in 2014. And the Goop founder has nothing but praise for Dakota as part of their blended family.
“I love her,” Gwyneth said of the Fifty Shades Of Grey actress in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar last year. “I can see how it would seem weird because it’s sort of unconventional. But I think, in this case, just having passed through it iteratively, I just adore her.”
