Demi Lovato is officially a married woman! The singer and actor, 32, tied the knot with Jordan “Jutes” Lutes in a romantic ceremony on Sunday, May 25, in California.
The intimate celebration was filled with love, music, and two show-stopping dresses. Demi chose Vivienne Westwood for both her ceremony and reception looks—and they were nothing short of stunning.
For the ceremony, she wore a dress “made with heavy silk satin fabric and featuring a corset bodice,” according to Vogue. Then she slipped into a second Westwood number for the reception: “an ivory silk satin column dress with a draped corset top” and delicate broken pearls that spilled from the neckline.
“I have been a fan of Vivienne Westwood’s designs for a long time,” Demi told Vogue. “When I was thinking about [what dress style I wanted] I often found myself coming back to Vivienne’s designs—specifically how the silhouettes really compliment the curves in your body, and her use of corsets.”
She added that the reception dress in particular was a labor of love. “There was so much attention to detail on the reception dress beading,” she said. “The pearl detail and draping is such a special element, and each strand was draped and attached by hand, one by one. It’s a one-of-a-kind piece that makes me feel so special.”
The wedding was planned by celeb-favorite event planner Mindy Weiss and featured some very special guests. Demi’s sisters Dallas Lovato and Madison de la Garza were part of the wedding party, as was her longtime best friend and former co-star Matthew Scott Montgomery.
Demi and Jutes first crossed paths in January 2022 and made their relationship public that August. The couple made their red carpet debut in February 2023 and announced their engagement in December that year.
Now, after a whirlwind love story, Demi and Jutes are starting their next chapter—officially as husband and wife.
