Jennifer Lopez appears to be moving on from ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez, after officially calling off their engagement last month. And A-Rod doesn’t seem to be too thrilled about it.

J.Lo’s been sparking romance rumors with Ben Affleck again – a whole 17 years after they called off their engagement way back in the early aughts. Last week, the two were spotted vacationing together in Montana, and they’ve reportedly been emailing each other for a few months.

Alex was recently spotted out and about in Miami, and was asked by paps how he felt about the #Bennifer rumors going around.

The New York Yankees player just replied: “Go Yankees!”

Now, team spirit and all that is great. But some fans can’t help but wonder if A-Rod was maybe throwing shade at Ben, who happens to be a huge Red Sox fan. And for those who don’t really follow sports, the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees have a huge rivalry going on.

Then, there’s also reports that A-Rod is trying to win J.Lo back – but she also reportedly shut that down.

“Alex flew out to L.A. on Thursday night to see Jennifer,” a source told E! News after the formerly engaged couple was spotted reuniting at the resto where they had their first date last month. “He doesn’t want to give up on their relationship and is willing to do whatever he has to do. He spent two nights with her trying to work things out.”

“He keeps trying to show her how serious he is and how much he loves her. But she still feels that their issues can’t be resolved and that they should move on. He headed back to Miami alone on Saturday morning. He doesn’t want to give up, but she is adamant about moving on,” the source continued.

While we wait to learn more to be able to decipher his two-word comment, someone else is speaking out about the reconciliation rumors – Ben’s BFF, Matt Damon.

In a recent appearance on the Today show, Matt was asked about the reconciliation rumors.

“There’s not enough liquor in the world for you to get me to say something about that,” Matt told the hosts.

“I just heard you guys. I was sitting here waiting to come on TV,” Matt said coyly. “This is the first time I’ve heard about it.”

“What did you think?” host Savannah Guthrie asked.

“It’s a fascinating story,” Matt responded, adding, “I hope it’s true. I love them both. I hope it’s true. That would be awesome.”
