Elizabeth Olsen is notoriously private when it comes to her personal life – and she may have just revealed that she’s made a big life decision on the DL.
While chatting with Kaley Cuoco for Variety’s Actors On Actors, the WandaVision actress surprised fans by referring to her long-time SO Robbie Arnett as her “husband.” Here’s how the conversation went:
While Elizabeth was explaining why she was filming the interview from her bathroom – “I’ve been in the U.K. for seven months, and I got back two days ago, and my neighbor is doing so much construction to their backyard. I can still hear it and I’m in the furthest bathroom.” – she looked around her makeshift set and was surprised by a sweet little detail that Robbie put in the makeshift set for the virtual chat.
“I also just noticed that my husband put Little Miss Magic,” she told Kaley, asking, “You know, the ‘Little Miss’ books?”
“They’re these classic books but ‘magic’ because of WandaVision because he’s such a f—— cutie,” she added.
Elizabeth and Robbie have been together for the longest time – but have been pretty tight-lipped when it comes to their relationship. They have reportedly been dating for a year-and-a-half before making their relationship red carpet official in September 2017.
Apparently, she got some expert advice on that front from her older sisters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who are uber private about their personal lives as well.
“They’d say, ‘You know, even if you don’t think anyone’s going to read this article, someone might pull the quote later,'” she told Modern Luxury in a 2017 interview.
When multiple reports came out in 2019 that the two were engaged, neither of them actually confirmed that little detail.
Now, she’s calling him her “husband,” which has sparked a whole new round of speculations among fans.
Elizabeth’s reps are yet to respond to requests for comment.
