Dominic Fike is getting a lot of flak for some controversial comments about a very hot topic.
The 26-year-old singer and Euphoria actor is going viral for some things he said about Amber Heard, who has been in the news for weeks because of her lengthy and highly-publicized defamation trial with her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.
On Saturday (May 21) while on stage for a performance at Northwestern University, Dominic revealed to the crowd that he has “visions” of Amber beating him up. He said about the 36-year-old actress:
“I’m gonna be real with y’all. I actually think Amber Heard is hot.
I know, I know it’s not the popular opinion and I know it’s not the focus of the moment, dude.”
He went on to say:
“But I’ve been having these visions of her [where] she’s beating me up. I think it’s hot.”
As Dominic was saying these, members of the audience can be overheard booing him and saying “Oooh.”
Dominic’s comments have now gone viral on social media.
The root of Amber and Johnny’s defamation trial is a 2019 op-ed piece she wrote where she alluded to allegations she made against him in the past, stating that she had become “a public figure representing domestic abuse.”
In one of her testimonies, Amber admitted to hitting Johnny and throwing things at him.
