Gigi Hadid is coming for Kanye West after fashion journalist Gabriella Karefa-Johnson was the subject of his online harassment.
On Monday (October 3), Kanye wore a White Lives Matter shirt at his Yeezy season 9 fashion show. Gabriella took to her Instagram to comment on the show, writing:
“Here come the bullsh-t. I’m fuming. Indefensible behavior.”
Gabriella is a global Vogue contributing editor, was the first Black woman to style a Vogue cover, and also styled Gigi’s cover shoot for the magazine.
The following morning, Kanye posted a photo of Gabriella and wrote many things directed at her. The internet is currently rallying around Gabriella, and Gigi commented on Kanye’s post to let him know how she felt about what he was doing.
Gigi did not mince words, telling Kanye:
“You wish u had a percentage of her intellect. You have no idea haha…. If there’s actually a point to any of your sh-t she might be the only person that could save u. As if the ‘honor’ of being invited to your show should keep someone from giving their opinion ..?
Lol. You’re a bully and a joke.”
