Halsey and Alev Aydin have ended their relationship.
The 28-year-old “Without Me” singer is parting ways with her partner of over three years. The pair share a son together, one-year-old Ender.
She is requesting a judge to give her full physical custody of their son, and that “visitation” be given to Alev.
Outlets report:
“We’re told the break up is totally amicable and the former couple is going to co-parent their child.”
Halsey is said to have filed a petition to determine parental relationship with the child’s father. This filing is utilized by parents who share a child and are not married to be able to establish custody, as well as visitation and/or child support.
Halsey reportedly wants for Alev to share custody and be involved in raising Ender. But she wants full physical custody.
Her lawyers are asking for “reasonable visitation” to be given to Alev.
She is asking the court to give them both “joint” legal custody, and for the court to order that both of them split the costs of establishing paternity and for their attorney fees.
