So as it turns out, divorce is still very much in the cards for Hannah Lee Fowler and Sam Hunt.

When Hannah Lee withdrew her divorce filing against her country star husband, it wasn’t because she had a change of heart. Not at all. Apparently, he lawyers were just fixing an error at the time.

Sam’s estranged wife has refiled her divorce petition in Tennessee — but this time around, she filed in Williamson County.

Her initial filing was done in Davidson County. This is why a notice of voluntary nonsuit was filed just two and a half hours after she filed for divorce.

She has now filed the docs in the correct jurisdiction, Williamson County.

Hannah Lee’s reasons for divorcing Sam remain the same: “Irreconcilable differences” is the reason for termination of marriage, and she accuses him of “inappropriate marital conduct” and claims he is “guilty of adultery.”
