At 51, Sofia remains as stunning as ever, but she’s refreshingly candid about her thoughts on cosmetic enhancements. In a recent interview with Allure, she shared her perspective on the topic, saying, “I feel like I’m going to do every plastic surgery that I can do when I’m ready.”
Despite her busy schedule, Sofia acknowledges her desire for certain procedures, lamenting, “I wish I had more downtime; I would’ve done stuff already.”
Her career demands constant visibility, which presents a unique challenge when it comes to cosmetic enhancements. Sofia explains, “Because I’m in front of the camera, it’s not like I can do something and then sit in my house recuperating for weeks.” Balancing her professional commitments with personal choices requires careful consideration, but Sofia is clear about her intentions for the future.

However, she draws the line at filler injections, expressing skepticism about their effectiveness. “I don’t believe in filler,” she declares, suggesting that it can have diminishing returns as one ages. “At my age—51—I feel it’s not going to make you look younger. It is going to make you look more done.”
