Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been heating up the headlines with their romance for over a year – along with red carpets and social media – but Megan admits she has had reservations about dating MGK (real name: Colson Baker) at the onset of their romance.
“When I met him, I knew instantly that this is a soul I’ve traveled with before, that this was a soul-mate connection, and that there was a purpose here,” Megan says of meeting MGK in an interview with Who What Wear.
What followed was a battle between her head and her heart. “There was my logical brain chiming and being like, ‘This will never work for 101 reasons.'”
To help her decide, she actually made a pros and cons list – and, it’s quite obvious which list ended up winning.
For MGK, however, it was his teenage dream come true.
In a new GQ profile, the “Bloody Valentine” rocker revealed that he’d had a crush on Megan since he was a teen. He even had posters of her on his bedroom walls and got a Transformers tattoo on his arm. According to the article, “at least one classmate recalls [MGK] vowing he’d marry her one day.”
Coincidentally, the poster he had of Megan was from a GQ photoshoot as well, prompting him to muse, “It was from her GQ shoot. So that’s some full-circle s–t.”
