Zac Efron is opening up about how he stays grounded.
In an interview with People discussing his AT&T partnership, the in-demand 34-year-old star spoke about what keeps him grounded amidst the hustle and bustle of his busy life:
“[By] focusing on the art of it all and staying positive no matter what.”
He dished on the key to relaxing for him:
“Stop, slow down, and take time to get grounded.
It does take some time for the stress to wear off.”
He also shared what he likes to do on his time off, citing these as things he’s a fan of:
“Sleeping in, a good workout, maybe playing some games or watching movies with friends and dinner at a great restaurant.”
When it comes to gaming, which he loves to do, he said:
“The first game I remember really loving was Zelda on N64 and the Super Smash Brothers on Nintendo 64.
I have been gaming with friends and family since the Super Nintendo days so it’s been a long time. I’ve never played World of Warcraft because it looks so hard to wrap my head around.”
Zac revealed that he is happiest when he is spending time with his friends and family, traveling and exploring new places and cultures, and anything that gets him outdoors. He added that he is still figuring out how to get better at achieving a work/life balance, jokingly saying:
“When you figure it out, call me because I’m knackered!”
