Hugh Grant is admitting his mistake.
In a new interview, the 62-yer-old actor opened up about a temper tantrum he threw on set of his latest film Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.
Speaking to Total Film magazine, Hugh admitted that he misdirected his anger at a woman on the set who was simply there as a chaperone for a child.
Hugh recounted that the incident happened on the first day of filming, and said:
“I lost my temper with a woman in my eye line on day one. I assumed she was some executive from the studio who should have known better.
Then it turns out that she’s an extremely nice local woman who was the chaperone of the young girl. Terrible. A lot of groveling….”
He then joked that he “did a Christian Bale,” referencing the time back in 2009 when Christian shouted at his Terminator Salvation’s director of photography after he got into the now 49-year-old actor’s line of vision accidentally while filming.
