Irina Shayk has fans buzzing about her latest social media post – one that features her four-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper, on her Instagram for the first time ever.
While fans are totally loving finally getting a glimpse of her little girl – because who doesn’t find celeb babies adorable? – it’s the photo credit that’s got everyone talking.
Irina, who was modelling a look for Burberry’s AW21 collection, captioned the post: “My dream for @riccardotisci17 @burberry. 📷by daddy.”
Fans are convinced that “daddy” is her ex, Bradley Cooper – they dated for four years and welcomed their little girl in 2017 before splitting in June 2019.
The comments section were filled with messages like “we love a supportive family 💕 oh wait is this means you’re back together? 👀👀👀,” and “Irina, Lea and Bradley! 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️,” plus “Wow wow wow perfect family pic then.”
While it’s not exactly clear what they’re current relationship status is, it’s worth pointing out that while they ended their relationship almost two years ago, Irina and Bradley STILL do spend time together – after all, they are co-parenting a daughter. Like when they were spotted on a day out together in New York City in January of this year – where it appears Irina may have bought a toy for her little girl from FAO Schwarz.
Back in March, Irina talked to Elle about co-parenting, telling the magazine, “I never understood the term co-parenting. When I’m with my daughter, I’m 100 percent a mother, and when she’s with her dad, he’s 100 percent her dad. Co-parenting is parenting.”
She also revealed why she’s reluctant to talk about her ex in interviews. “My past relationship, it’s something that belongs to me, and it’s private,” she said. “It’s just a piece of my inner self that I don’t want to give away.”
As for the media scrutiny she gets – which sometimes involve Bradley – she added, “I don’t read what is out there. Honestly, I’m too busy raising a child. If they want to write articles [about me], they’re doing their job. I’m concentrating on my life and my friends. The rest is just noise.”
