J-Hope, a member of the global sensation BTS, has officially completed his mandatory military service! On Thursday, October 17, the 30-year-old K-pop star was discharged after completing his 18-month enlistment in South Korea’s military, a requirement for all able-bodied men before the age of 28.
To mark the special day, J-Hope posed for photos at the 36th Infantry Division in Wonju, Gangwon-do province. Dressed in his camouflage uniform and a black beret, he looked every bit the part, confidently striking formal poses for photographers who gathered to capture the moment.
What made the occasion even more special was the reunion with his bandmate Jin, who was the first BTS member to complete his service earlier this year.
