J-Hope is about to sign up for military service.
The 29-year-old BTS member is set to be the second member of the phenomenal global group to enlist for mandatory military service in South Korea. The first BTS member to do is is Jin, who started his service in December for 18 months.
The band’s label Big Hit shared in a statement::
“We would like to inform our fans that j-hope has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement.”
The label used fans to provide “continued love and support for j-hope until he completes his military service and safely returns.”
At the same time, j-hope is set to released a new solo singled on March 3 titled “On The Street.”
