Wedding bells are in Jennifer Lawrence’s future!
J.Law and Cooke Maroney sparked engagement rumors after Page Six reported that the couple were spotted out on a date night at a New York restaurant over the weekend – with the actress sporting a “massive” sparkly rock on THAT finger.
Now, her rep, Liz Mahoney has confirmed: the Red Sparrow star has indeed said “Yes” to her beau!
Jennifer has been dating Cooke since last year. If you haven’t heard, don’t worry – they’ve been pretty low-key about it. They were first spotted out together in June, and have since been photographed jetting off to romantic European cities like Paris and Rome as well as spending some quality time together around the Big Apple – she even brought Cooke as her date to the premiere of The Favourite!
Reports have it that J.Law’s gal pal Laura Simpson introduced the two love birds to each other. And it looks like they totally hit it off. In January, Us Weekly reported the pair were “very serious” and “definitely appear to be in it for the long haul.”
Now, congratulations are in order for the newly-engaged couple!
Congrats, you two!
