It looks like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are getting closer and closer – so much so that their rekindled romance won’t be bi-coastal for much longer.
J.Lo is reportedly ready to make a move. Sources say she “is packing up her Miami rental” and getting ready to move to the City of Angels – which also happens to be where Ben is based.
“She will be between L.A. and the Hamptons this summer, but L.A. will be her base,” a source tells E! News. “She is looking at schools for her kids in the fall.”
J.Lo and ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez previously lived together in Miami. However, when they broke up, she moved to a rental home.
She and Ben took a trip to Miami together last month. And it looks like Ben is one of the factors behind her decision to move to L.A. along with her 13-year-old twins, Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
“She is excited about a fresh start and pursuing things with Ben,” the source adds. “They will be at their L.A. home soon.”
Things certainly appear to be getting serious for Bennifer – they’ve also reportedly started telling friends that they are a couple.
“J.Lo and Ben are very much a couple and have been telling friends that they’re together,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight. “When they first reconnected, they had to see if the spark was still there because it had been a while. It was, so now they are both fully in it.”
A-Rod was reportedly “shocked” by the news of Bennifer 2.0 at first, but it appears he’s ready to move on. Last month, he posted about stepping “into a new beginning in my life.” However, sources say Marc is cool with it.
“Marc just wants Jen to be happy and fulfilled,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight. “His main concern is the well-being of J.Lo and their kids. As long as Ben keeps her and their kids happy, he has Marc’s stamp of approval.”
As for Ben’s ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, she reportedly doesn’t concern herself with Ben’s personal life – she just hopes he continues to focus on their kids – Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel – when they’re with him.
“Jen does not want to get involved. She has completely moved on,” an insider tells E! News. “She continues to focus on her kids and that is her priority. When the kids are with Ben, she hopes that is his priority too. What he does the rest of the time is not her problem. She has done everything she can to foster great relationships between Ben and the kids. But she won’t get involved with who he dates or his private life.”
