Justin Long is happy and in love.

In a new appearance on The Viall Files podcast, the 43-year-old actor candidly spoke about his current relationship. Justin has been rumored to be dating Kate Bosworth since 2021, and the two have recently been spotted out together for the first time in California.

Though he did not mention Kate by name in the interview, he did adorably gush about his ladylove! Justin shared that he’d “gotten to a place where I was comfortable with myself.” He went on to say that while he “didn’t know it at the time,” Justin was “ready for the one” — whom he very sweetly declared he has now “found.”

Awww.

Justin also told host Nicki Viall that he’d like to open up more about their relationship to the fans but that he also really wants to protect it as well. Nicki assured him that he did not have to “get into it,” and he said:

“It’s weird. I want to [talk about it], but I also want to be protective. I want to scream it from the rooftops, but I also want to be protective. It’s sacred.

In this day and age, you don’t have to share everything with everyone.”
