Karlie Kloss can now add an incredibly special title to her name: MOM.
The 28-year-old model and her husband Joshua Kushner have welcomed their first child! It’s been announced that Karlie has given birth to their little one.
Joshua took to social media on Sunday, March 14, to share the joyful news. The 35-year-old businessman gave the wonderful life update on his Instagram. He posted a photo of their precious newborn in a crib at the hospital, and accompanied this with a sweet, simple caption:
“Welcome to the world”
No other details have been revealed as of the moment.
It was in October last year when news broke that Karlie was pregnant with their first child. She officially confirmed that she was expecting the following month — in November, she posted an adorable video on Instagram showcasing her bare baby bump! She could be heard whispering in the video:
“Good morning, hello baby!”
Sources have said at the time:
“Karlie is overjoyed to be expecting her first child in 2021. She will be the most amazing mother.”
In December, Karlie opened up about how being with child for the first time has been changing her and her daily routing. During an interview with WSJ. Magazine, she said:
“I normally love running but I have to say I’m out of breath these days just talking or going up a flight of stairs!”
She also talked about how sleep has become something she was indulging more in:
“I think I could sleep in until three in the afternoon.”
