Kim Kardashian is getting very candid about how her relationship with Pete Davidson began.
In the new episode of The Kardashians, the 41-year-old reality star revealed that she was actually the first one to reach out to Pete – and that is was al because of a certain sizzling rumor about the 28-year-old comedian.
She looked back at the time she hosted Saturday Night Live in October 2021, when she had an Aladdin sketch with Pete where they shared their first liplock. She said about that moment:
“I did SNL and then when we kissed in-scene, it was just a vibe.I was like ‘Oh s–t maybe I’ve been…maybe I just need to try something different.’
But Pete does not come to my after-party. Everyone was at my after-party. He does not give me the time of day.”
Kim did not give up, though! She dished on how she made a way for her to be able to reach out to him:
“A few days later, I called the producer at SNL and I was like “Hey do you have Pete’s number?’ They were like ‘Yeah’ and I text him.”
And then she dropped the bombshell of what exactly drew her to Pete back then and what was on her mind:
“I wasn’t even thinking like ‘Oh my god I’m gonna be in a relationship with him.’
I was just thinking…I heard about this BDE. I need to get out there. I need to just, like, jump start my…I was just basically DTF.”
In case you didn’t know, ‘BDE’ means ‘Big D—k Energy’ and ‘DTF’ means ‘Down to f—k.’ Juicy!
