It’s getting pretty clear that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are not on the same page when it comes to their relationship amidst their divorce proceedings.
Particularly, Kim seems to really, really want to leave their relationship – and marriage – in the past.
It’s been reported that the reality star and mother of four has filed legal documents to be declared officially single. The documents, which were filed on Friday (December 10), states that she would like to become officially single, to separate issues of property and child custody from her marital status, and to have her maiden name restored.
Kim is currently awaiting the approval of the judge on the matter.
She filed form divorce from Kanye back in February after sex years of marriage, and has asked for joint legal custody of their four children together. She is currently dating Pete Davidson.
Kim’s latest move comes one day after Kanye publicly begged her to “run back” to him.
At his Los Angeles concert on Thursday, to which Kim and her family were in attendance, Kanye changed the lyrics to “Runaway” which he was performing with Drake. Kanye changed the lyrics to declare:
“I need you to run right back to me, more specifically, Kimberly.”
A source has revealed that while Kim is supportive of Kanye, co-parenting with him and attending his performances, she has moved on and is happy with Pete. The source said:
“Kim has been protective of Kanye and his feelings and has been trying to keep her hangouts with Pete low-key because she doesn’t know how he will react.”
