Lady Gaga is ready to make her musical comeback with LG7, and the first single is officially titled “Disease.”

On Monday, October 21, Gaga took to social media to confirm the news, giving her Little Monsters something to get excited about. The pop icon shared a teaser that read, “Disease 10.25,” along with a link for fans to pre-save the track and details on the global release times. The highly anticipated single will drop on October 25.

While the announcement was official this week, fans had already been speculating after noticing some subtle clues. Gaga created a mysterious playlist on Spotify titled “.com,” where the song titles were written in lowercase. Digging deeper, some superfans discovered hidden lyrics on two websites linked to the release.

When visiting gagadisease.com, fans saw the lyric: “I could play the doctor.” If you visited icouldplaythedoctor.com, another lyric popped up: “I can cure your disease.” These cryptic lines gave fans an early taste of what “Disease” might be all about.

Here’s the full set of lyrics that have been revealed so far:

“I could play the doctor / I can cure your disease / If you were a sinner / I could make you believe / Lay you down like 1 2 3 / Eyes roll back in ecstasy / I can smell your sickness / I can cure ya / Cure your disease.”

Gaga also released a teaser photo for the song, fueling excitement for the single’s release.

“Disease” is the first taste of what’s to come from LG7, and if these hints are any indication, we can expect Gaga to deliver something bold and captivating as always.

Mark your calendars, Little Monsters—October 25 is just around the corner!
