Digging deeper, some superfans discovered hidden lyrics on two websites linked to the release.
When visiting gagadisease.com, fans saw the lyric: “I could play the doctor.” If you visited icouldplaythedoctor.com, another lyric popped up: “I can cure your disease.” These cryptic lines gave fans an early taste of what “Disease” might be all about.
