Surprise! Macaulay Culkin And Brenda Song have exciting new roles – parents!

The couple welcomed their first child earlier this month – a baby boy, whom they sweetly named Dakota Song Culkin, after Mac’s late sister, Dakota.

According to Esquire, baby Dakota arrived earthside on Monday (April 5), at 1:10 PM, in Los Angeles. He weighed in at 6 pounds, 14 ounces.

The couple confirmed the birth to the mag in a statement saying, “We’re overjoyed.”

Brenda and Mac first met in Thailand back in 2017 – on the set of the movie Changeland, which was directed by his pal Seth Green. They’ve since moved in together and low-key became one of the cutest Hollywood couples – with a yellow brick road on their front lawn, matching pyjamas, and everything!

They never really announced they were expecting their first child – although Macaulay did talk about trying to start a family in an interview with the magazine last year. For many, the baby news comes as a surprise – Brenda had just recently appeared on the third season of Station 19…although that could have been filmed months ago. She also continues to voice Anne Boonchuy on the animated Disney Channel series Amphibia. Mac has also been pretty busy filming American Horror Story’s upcoming season 10.

Congrats to the new parents!
