Madelaine Petsch is about to be neighbors with the likes of Felicity Huffman, Winona Ryder and Danai Gurira.
According to Dirt, the Riverdale actress recently purchased a $3.4 Million dollar home in the star-studded Outpost Estates enclave.
The 3,575-square-foot Mediterranean-style home, which was built in 1937, has recently been “reimagined with a focus on style and comfort.”
Per the outlet, Madelaine’s new home in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, features contemporary décor, and is protected with a state-of-the-art security system.
Among the home’s standout features are herringbone oak floors, a marble fireplace, and a fully renovated kitchen outfitted with Wolf and SubZero appliances. The back patio also has a built-in banquette seating and a firepit, perfect for al fresco dining.
With high walls, gates, and a forest of tall trees around the 8,739-square-foot property, the actress gets plenty of privacy as well.
Madelaine reportedly paid $300,000 more than the original asking price for the home, which could likely mean she won a bidding war with another interested buyer.
Congratulations on your new home, Madelaine!
