A frightening situation unfolded at Jennifer Aniston’s home earlier this week when a man crashed his vehicle into her front gate.
According to Entertainment Weekly, police responded to a call about a suspected burglary around May 5. The suspect had allegedly rammed a vehicle into the front gate of a Bel-Air property—later confirmed to be the home of the 56-year-old Morning Show actress.
Jennifer was reportedly home during the incident but was unharmed.
The suspect sustained minor injuries and was held by private security until police arrived. He was later arrested and booked for felony vandalism.
At this time, formal charges have not been filed, and the case is still under review by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. KABC reports that a decision on charges is expected later this week.
So far, Jennifer has not released a public statement on the incident. But fans are undoubtedly relieved to hear she’s okay following the unexpected and alarming intrusion.
