Julie Bowen has scooped up Meghan Trainor’s $6 Million Toluca Lake property from the market!
According to real estate records, the Modern Family star is the latest in a long line of star-studded owners of the property, per Dirt.com. Aside from Meghan and Daryl, the estate’s famous past owners also include now-divorced couple Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, and legendary entertainer Bing Crosby.
Late last year, Meghan and husband Daryl Sabara bought a $6.6 Million dollar home in Encino, California and put up their five-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home in Toluca Lake up for sale.
Built in 1936, the house sits on almost an acre of land. Home owners and their guests can drive up to the sprawling singe-story home via a long, gated driveway. Adding even more privacy are mature oak and olive trees around the property.
The modern farmhouse-inspired home features 7,000-plus square feet of living space filled with modern amenities like a gourmet kitchen and a paneled library/media room. Highlights of the open-plan layout are the kitchen/family room with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings; a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that separates the formal dining and living rooms; and a master suite with a large closet and spa-like bath.
