After months of dating rumors, Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey are confirming their romance by becoming Instagram official.
ICYMI, Michael and Lori began sparking romance rumors before Thanksgiving last year – when they were spotted arriving at an Atlanta airport together. Then, towards the end of December, they were again spotted travelling together in Salt Lake City. The two also posted photos from similar locations throughout their trip on Instagram Stories.
Sharing romantic photos on their respective Instagram pages, the couple confirmed their romance on Sunday (January 10).
MBJ shared two photos – one of them cuddled up, and another, staring lovingly into each other’s eyes. Lori also shared a couple of polaroids of the two of them looking oh-so-sweet.
Back in November, he opened up to People about what traits he thinks are most important for a successful relationship.
“A sense of humor, true understanding, because [an actor’s] life is not conducive to a relationship—it’s really not,” he said, adding, “Somebody that’s nurturing. I’ve got a list.”
He also dished on what his perfect date night would be like: “The freedom to go wherever I wanted in public, not worry about paparazzi. Enjoy somebody’s company. Go for a drive, dope playlist. Drive somewhere just for dessert. I’m definitely a movie guy, and then I’d ride the vibe for the rest of the night.”
So, who is MBJ’s lady love, Lori Harvey?
She’s the daughter of comedian/actor/talk show host Steve Harvey, who adopted her when he married her mom, Marjorie Bridges in 2007. She was previously romantically linked to rapper Future and mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
MBJ’s known for being private about his personal life, so him going public with his romance is a pretty big deal. His post has since gotten a lot of love from fans and fellow celebs alike, including DJ D-Nice, Dwayne Wade, Gabrielle Union, Yara Shahidi, Teyana Taylor, and more.
