Get ready for new tunes from Miley Cyrus.
She’s got fans in a tizzy about all the exciting goings on in her life – like tying the knot with her long-time love Liam Hemsworth and their glam night out at the Avengers: Endgame premiere. Fresh off from their #couplegoals moments at the Met Gala, Miley just dropped some news that’s got fans even more excited.
Nothing puts a smile of fans’ faces like their fave songstress dropping new music – and that certainly seems to be exactly what she’ll be doing.
In a series of flashy posts on Instagram, the 26-year-old pop star announced: “She Is Coming.” She wrote the same in her bio, along with the date 5/30.
Mark your calendars, people!
She also confirmed that her seventh album is done – and shared how hyped she is about her new record on Twitter.
“Just played the record for @iHeartRadio and they f–king flipped and so will you! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼,” Miley shared on the platform.
It’s not yet confirmed whether “She Is Coming” is the title of her new album or her new single, and which one will be dropping on May 30.
What we do know is that Mark and Miley worked on “a bunch of songs” for the album – and that one of the songs is “Bad Karma.”
“ Me and [producer] Mark [Ronson] have worked on a bunch of songs on my next record, so I was kind of just in this creative space,” Miley shared with Most Requested Live with Romeo.
She also dished on their creative process. “Sometimes the visuals of what I can imagine it looking like can even inspire me in the vocal booth. And so you can put those messages you want to bring, what it’s really about to you, into it,” she continued, adding, “I’m such a visual person, that when I record a vocal take — this is really creepy, this is a girl thing — I imagine what lipstick I’ll be wearing in the music video… like “Bad Karma” — ooh, I shouldn’t have said that! Well, there you go. A song that we’ve done together …”
The last time Miley dropped a new track was last November – “Nothing Breaks Like A Heart,” her collab with Mark Ronson. And, before that was 2017’s Younger Now album, which gave fans major loved-up feels with her lead single “Malibu.”
