Looks like Miley Cyrus can also add flipping houses to the list of her many talents.

Last summer, reports came out that the 28-year-old performer purchased a home in the exclusive neighborhood of Hidden Hills for $4.9 Million – the same community where several celebrities, including members of the Kardashian-Jenner family, reside.

In April, Architectural Digest showcased how the 6,800 square-foot six-bedroom home has been “Mileyfied” by none other than Miley’s mom and manager Tish Cyrus, who also happens to be an interior designer.

“My biggest thing is that when you walk into someone’s house,” Tish explains of the aesthetic, “I want you to know who lives there, what their personality is, what they love, and what they’re like. I know Miley so well, and we’re so close, so I was really able to do that.”

Mixing her boho-chic style with Miley’s rock-n-roll, she and design partner Mat Sanders transformed it into a colorful maximalist home which includes features like bold furniture, Gucci “tiger” wallpaper, a psychedelic ceiling treatment by artist Brian Robles, and a whole room with soot-colored walls.

“My mom believes that nothing is permanent, that there’s nothing that can’t be undone,” Miley says. “People make bold choices in their lives, and sometimes those gambles work and bring you good fortune, and sometimes they don’t. But it’s a risk she’s willing—and I’m willing—to take in our lifestyle, and that is reflected in the design.”

But just when you thought Miley had designed her perfect home, according to Dirt, the house is no longer hers. The home was reportedly sold for a cool $7.2 million, making Miley a gross profit of $2.3 Million!

Who bought Miley’s home is still a mystery, too. Per the outlet, the buyer’s identity is being shieled by a Missouri-based trust.

Interestingly, Miley never actually put the house on the market – apparently, it was an off-market deal.

It’s also still unclear why Miley decided to sell the house, or if that was actually her plan from the beginning.

Whatever the case, she still made a $2 Million profit.

Congrats on the sale, Miley!
