Hasty Pudding is giving props to Bryce Dallas Howard & Milo Ventimiglia.

The nation’s oldest collegiate theater troupe has named Bryce as their Woman Of The Year & Milo their Man Of The Year.

On Tuesday (January 29), Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals shared the announcement of the Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom actress selection, saying that she is “an accomplished actress who has given such a wide range of critically acclaimed performances, and is committed to expanding the role of women in every aspect of storytelling.”

Bryce was honored with a parade through Cambridge, surrounded by performers in extravagant costumes. The 37-year-old actress took to Twitter to thank the organization for the honor and shed light on an important milestone in the troupe’s history.

“Thank you @thehastypudding for this incredible honor. I’m thrilled to join the celebration of female empowerment & accomplishments, especially the first year with women in the HP cast! High of 18 degrees? Check the temperature again, there’s about to be a roast,” she tweeted, alongside a photo of her getting a kiss on each cheek from two students who joined her in the parade.

Hasty Puddings dates all the way back to the late 18th century, and has traditionally cast men in their theatrical plays. Women began to get involved sometime in the 1930s, but mostly behind the scenes. Last year, they announced that they would end the tradition of casting only men.

The parade was followed by a roast, where students put her in the hot seat for her roles in Terminator and Twilight, as well as her similarities with Jessica Chastain and other red-haired colleagues, before presenting her with a golden pudding pot.

Bryce good-naturedly joked with the students, too, landing a few quips of her own.

“For some of the smartest people on the planet, you’re totally bananas,” she said on stage. “This is a blast. I’ll never forget this as long as I live. And please, accept my children to Harvard.”

On Wednesday (January 30), the theater organization also announced that This Is Us star Milo Ventimiglia has been named their 2019 Man Of They Year because of his “significant impressions on television and film.”

“We’ve loved his performances in This is Us, Heroes, and Gilmore Girls, but more importantly, he is the childhood crush of our two esteemed producers, Elizabeth (Mann) and Mariana (Sanchez-Medina),” Hasty Pudding President Grace Ramsey said in a statement.

Milo has yet to receive his pudding pot – after a celebratory roast, of course. The roast is scheduled on February 8, to be followed by the opening night performance of France France Revolution, the troupe’s first production to feature women in its cast.

Bryce and Milo now join the ranks of past honorees like Ella Fitzgerald, Meryl Streep and Halle Berry who have been named the organization’s Women Of They Year, as well as previous Hasty Pudding Men of The Year like Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks, Christopher Walken, Ryan Reynolds and Paul Rudd.
