A recent photo of Rihanna legit has fans worried.
On Friday (September 4), TMZ published photos of Rihanna looking pretty banged up.
The “Work” singer was snapped by paparazzi rolling up to restaurant in Santa Monica for some take out – and when she took off her sunnies, the cameras caught her sporting a black eye and swollen face!
But, chill everyone. Her reps say it looks worse than it actually is – Rih was in an electric scooter accident, but there’s no major injuries.
“Rihanna is completely fine now but flipped over on an electric scooter last week and bruised her forehead and face,” Rih’s rep said in a statement, via People. “Luckily there were no major injuries and she is healing quickly.”
Glad to hear Rih’s well on her way to recovery. However, Simon Cowell wasn’t so lucky when he got into an accident on his electric bike last month.
Simon crashed and broke his back and had to undergo six hours of surgery – which involved putting a metal rod in his back. And this all went down just days before quarterfinals of America’s Got Talent.
Kelly Clarkson, and later, Kenan Thompson, even had to fill in for Simon as judge on America’s Got Talent as he recuperates.
