A One Direction reunion might be closer than we thought – though in more heartbreaking circumstances than anyone could have imagined.

According to Deadline, the iconic boy band could come together at the 2025 Brit Awards this March to honor the late Liam Payne. Producers of the event are reportedly working on a special tribute and are hoping to unite Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and even Zayn Malik for the occasion.

If it happens, this would mark the first time all four members share the stage since 2015, the year Zayn departed the group. The band went on hiatus the following year, and fans have been hoping for a reunion ever since.

One Direction is no stranger to the Brits. Over their career, they won seven awards, including British Single of the Year and British Artist Video of the Year. Their last Brit win came in 2017, when Liam was the only member present to accept the award on behalf of the group.

Liam also enjoyed solo success at the Brits, earning nominations in 2018 for British Single and British Artist Video of the Year with “Strip That Down” featuring Quavo, and again in 2019 for his collaboration with Rita Ora on “For You.”

While the reunion has yet to be confirmed, the possibility of One Direction reuniting to celebrate Liam’s legacy has fans talking. Stay tuned for updates as we wait for an official announcement!
