The following are the Official Rules for Popstar! Prize Giveaway
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or to Win.
The Popstar! Prize Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on July 8, 2013 and ends on July 12, 2014 The contest is sponsored by Popstar Publications, Inc. 130 W Pleasant Ave, Suite 387 Maywood, NJ 07607 (“Popstar!”).
How to Enter. To enter, complete the Contest entry form contained in Popstar! magazine (you can also request a form by sending a self address stamped envelope to the address below) and mail it to: The Popstar! Prize Giveaway c/o Popstar!, 130 W Pleasant Ave, Suite 387 Maywood, NJ 07607 or enter online at www.Popstaronline.com. Limit twenty (20) entry per person. Entries must be received two (2) days prior to each drawing. Popstar! is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries become the property of Popstar! and will not be returned. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.
Contest/Prize. Each month during the term of the Contest, Popstar! shall give away one (1) prize from our huge selection of prizes. Each monthly prize shall be posted on www.Popstaronline.com prior to the drawing.
Judging. For each drawing, one (1) winner shall be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
Notification. All winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail following the conclusion of judging.
Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada. Anyone younger than 13 years of age must get permission from his or her parents to enter (see or Privacy Policy at https://www.popstaronline.com/privacy-policy.) Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Popstar!, or of the promotion and advertising agencies of Popstar!, and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the Contest, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible. Contest is void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Conditions. Entrants agree that Popstar!, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, advertising and promotions agencies and any of their respective employees, officers, directors and agents will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related in any way from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize(s) awarded. Entrants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize they may win, including but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness.
Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions permitted except by Popstar! in its sole discretion or as otherwise described herein. Popstar! reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability of advertised prize. Prizes are not transferable.
