Paris Hilton is setting the record straight about her youthful appearance, and it’s all about staying natural. The Simple Life icon recently opened up on the Zach Sang Show podcast, revealing her beauty philosophy and skincare secrets. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t involve needles or surgery.
“I feel really proud that I’m all natural,” Paris shared. “I’ve stayed out of the sun. I’ve never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing.”
According to Paris, her dedication to skincare started early, thanks to some sage advice from her mom, Kathy Hilton. “My mom told me when I was 8 years old, ‘Paris, stay out of the sun,’” she said. “And then she taught me this amazing 10-step skincare routine. So I’ve literally been doing that since I’m 8.”
But Paris didn’t stop at skincare products—she’s taken her routine to a whole new level by creating a luxury spa in her own home. Appropriately named the Sliving Spa (a blend of “slaying” and “living,” her trademark term), it’s as glamorous as you’d expect.
“I’ve also built a spa in my house called the Sliving Spa,” she explained. “It has the most epic LED lights, hydrafacial machines, hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy. It’s basically a real spa that you would see.”
With such a high-tech setup, Paris isn’t leaving her beauty routine to chance. Her custom-built haven is designed to keep her glowing for years to come.
When it comes to her mindset, Paris is all about longevity. “The plan is to ‘sliv forever,’” she joked. Her husband, Carter Reum, is fully on board with her vision. “My husband is like, ‘Forever is not long enough, so we need the Sliving Spa at the house.’”
At 42, Paris continues to defy the clock with her radiant skin and positive outlook. Her approach to beauty is proof that consistency, self-care, and a touch of luxury can go a long way.
