Billy Joel Selling His Massive Florida Estate
Billy Joel is finally selling his Florida mansion. After six years of trying to unload the property, the Piano Man has found a buyer for his sprawling estate. He bought the oceanfront Manalapan property in 2015 for $22.1M. It first hit the market in 2018 for $33M; after price changes and market re-listings, it settled for a final listing of $49.9M.

Ethan Slater and Lilly Jay’s divorce has been finalized. The two started dating in high school, and got married in 2022. They welcomed a son in 2022, and Ethan filed for divorce in July 2023. Ethan’s filing happened amid news that he began a romance with his Wicked co-star Ariana Grande, who also went through a divorce last year.
