Billy Joel has finally found a buyer for his Long Island property. The legendary musician’s gatehouse, which he sometimes stays in when he is at the waterfront Centre Island property, will be going into contract for $8.5M. It is said that a couple who lives on Long Island’s North Shore is purchasing the home.
